Discussion Themes/Topics

Digital Transformation Expo has identified the following as the most critical themes for successful digital and business transformation in 2026. Proving the ROI of transformation projects sits at the top of the agenda, alongside building governance, security, and compliance frameworks that can keep pace with the speed of change.

Data architecture and AI-ready hosting infrastructure readiness are recurring focus areas, as is bridging the gap between technology strategy and frontline delivery. The programme also addresses the skills gap and what it takes to build a workforce, culture, and talent strategy to fit for ongoing technology change.

Further sessions look at integrating new technology into fragmented legacy systems, rethinking cloud strategy amid cost pressure, data sovereignty, and geopolitical uncertainty, and navigating an increasingly crowded and fragmented vendor landscape.

Rounding out the agenda are discussions on building resilience across systems, suppliers, and the wider organization, managing the commercial reality of consumption-based AI pricing, and modernizing and automating IT service delivery.
