How to Reach the Location?
Atlas Digital Summit 2026 will be held at Gamla Bíó, a historic theater at Ingólfssæti 2A in the heart of downtown Reykjavík, Iceland. Attendees fly into Keflavík International Airport (KEF), about 50 kilometers southwest of Reykjavík, and reach the city via the Reykjanesbraut (Route 41), Iceland's only motorway-grade road, in a 45- to 50-minute drive; there's no train link, so the realistic options are a shuttle bus like Flybus, a private taxi or transfer, or a rental car.
Once downtown, Reykjavík is compact, flat, and walkable, with the city center accessible on foot in about 20 minutes, so getting from your hotel to the venue is typically a short walk, a ride on the Strætó city bus, or a taxi (there's no Uber, Lyft, metro, or tram in the city). Given late September's cool, breezy, and often wet weather, attendees should build a buffer into their arrival schedule and expect longer-than-usual security and passport queues when departing KEF.
