I have enough for the 4€ plan, which includes 2GB of RAM, 25GB of SSD and 2000GB of traffic. Here you do not need to pay extra for an IPv4 address, and you can also add IPv6 address to the server for free! Mvps also has a good dashboard. In it you can reinstall the OS, make a copy of the server, install one-click apps, setup firewall and private network, view statistics in the graphs and open a terminal. And mvps automatically makes 2 backups per week, and that's also free! Perhaps I am writing about obvious things, but not all hosters that I have used have a normal control panel (not to mention free (!) backups and ipv6). In short, here is a complete package of everything you need for 4€ per month. I can safely recommend this hosting for small projects and for personal use.
