Our site has been up for approx 6 months now. I was down for over an hour once, but they kept me informed about what was going on. As this was the first time I had ever approached a web hosting site, and had not gone with a recommended site from a computer knowledgeable friend. Hostnamaste hosting is nice. I have never had a problem with uptime, but my sites are low-traffic. Best value for a developer's site hosting! Why I stick with Hostnamaste mainly is because whenever I've had issues (my fault or otherwise) their support is fast and knowledgeable and can be relied upon to sort you out.

Very kind, easy to work with, and exceptional service and value. Hostnamaste is reasonabley priced and offers huge storage and transfer amounts. I am not that knowledgeable about computers or creating a website but found their web builder software easy to use and when I have found myself in difficulties the customer support was very good and dealt with my problems with efficiency and speed.

I must say that Hostnamaste is a fantastic web host provider that offers affordable openvz vps for running any kind of web sites. They are always willing to assist me over and over again with even the smallest request.

Poor Service and Misleading Advertising I recently had a very disappointing experience with HostNamaste. I purchased a VPS from their website, which advertised a specific IP range (142.171.155.XX) as part of the service. However, after completing the purchase, I was assigned a different IP address and informed that the advertised IP range was only available with more expensive plans, which was not disclosed prior to the purchase. Despite my efforts to resolve the issue directly with the company, including requesting a refund due to their failure to provide the service as described, I faced unprofessionalism and uncooperativeness. The company initially refused to process a refund and only acted after I escalated the matter, threatening to take further action. The customer service was lacking, and the company's approach to resolving issues was disappointing. They ultimately canceled my VPS and issued a refund, but their handling of the situation was far from satisfactory. I would advise potential customers to carefully review the terms and conditions and be cautious of misleading advertisements. My experience suggests that the company may not handle service discrepancies or customer complaints in a professional manner.

I've been with Hostnamaste for three months and a half - I would like to say that I am fully satisfied dealing with them. The support impressed me. When I talked to one of their experts from support team, I had no feeling from him of wanting to fix my problem as quickly as he could so he could move on the next customer; instead, he made sure he completely understood the issue I was having and did everything he could to fix it, which he did. He also explained what the issue was in a way I could understand. It was my mistake. As for the speed connectivity, it is quite good. My pages upload very fast. The script installer tool is useful.

Recently my website was hacked due to my own negligence. They even helped me restored my website! They have fast servers. Support is top notch. Hostnamaste is a nice India VPS host - you can trust them! I'm getting so much more than I paid! Finally, as a Drupal developer, I require large MYSQL databases (locally hosted for performance) and above-average server memory requirements. Recommend this decent web host to others.

If you are server is fast, if you are getting help in time that means that you are with good hosting provider. So I’m. I have cheap VPS account in India with Hostnamaste and have all the stuff described above. More then enough for me. Fast, reliable and friendly stuff. Well designed with fantastic performance servers. Affordable prices. I do not believe I need more. Thanks!
