I've tried many hosting providers over the last few years. By far Gigapros has the best support. I was amazed at how fast their technical people reply to emails. And they're very helpful. As others have noted, support is very responsive and I've never waited more than 15 minutes or so for a response. The control panel system is absolutely fantastic. I like Gigapros hosting. I feel their prices are a little on the high side compared to what bandwidth you get. Recommended.
