I spent over 2 weeks looking at various VPS hosting providers in US, comparing hosting plans, features, feedbacks. Having searched Gigapros via Google, decided to try their VPS as the pricing was nice and also most of the reviews were positive. My expectations are exceeded. Also found 10% off discount on their VPSs while I was browsing hosting discussion boards. The techs helped with setup and explained everything I needed to know. All I wanted was up and running website and adequate support. I have heard of Gigapros from a friend who is really happy with their services and right before I was about to give up, I decided to give it a try. I have not used any of the tools provided, but they have them and that is what matters to me right now. I am excited to start learning. The support staff were so kind, and even transferred my my personal website at no charge. The pricing is cool. Recommended!

Very friendly. Well, Gigapros web host seems to be geared towards the professional team and they are still friendly and helpful to a novice such as myself. Can say the server uptime and overall speed performance are outstanding and consistent. Every conversation was pleasant and helpful. Every question resolved to my satisfaction. Double thumbs up to their hosting solutions. Needless to say I have had to contact Gigapros hosting provider on a several occasions and I have never been kept waiting. Management was responsive when informed of the problems. Long term experience with managed servers has taught me that the most important thing is quality of service, particularly quality of support. I strongly recommend it to everyone. The support is more than excellent.

Love Gigapros server hosting service - it is the #1 host to run wordpress sites. They offer various server locations. Performance is great, uptime too, and the service is superb. I don't think I have ever had to call customer support. Most everything I wanted to do just worked, and any problems I had were quickly solved by their self-support. Recommended!

I'd like to extend my appreciation to Gigapros staff who helped us to get our hosting up and running. When we weren't really sure of what to do to reduce the size of files for website, they went great lengths to help us out and ensure the problems we encountered are solved. They activated my US VPS account in 10 minutes faster purchase. Gigapros was by far the cheapest. It has been the most positive hosting experience I've ever had. Good server hosting!

Gigapros is not only the most affordable US VPS web host out there, but the uptime has been great, and I'd say it has been over 99%, and my site hasn't gone down in months. I've been working hard these days on my website, so often have to upload and rest of stuff related to database, emails. Techs are very helpful. The customer service is outstanding, the services included is amazing, and the price is unbeatable. They have no setup and hidden fees.

Truly amazing. There has never been a problem Gigapros couldn't help me with. and so you know, every problem to date has been mine. There has never been a problem at their end. flawless operation. If there are any other problem, they will connect to the client machine through logmein account and they will fix it. So I am still very happy with them. Easy set-up in control panel as well!

I have to say Gigapros support is awesome! I'm an older musician, trying to wrap my mind around web design and the whole internet thing, so I need a lot of support help. They don't pretend to be the most stable US server hosting service, but they do succeed in their goal. This web host is an asset for your business. I had to contact support in the process of moving, and they got back to me within minutes especially at 1 am at night and 8am the next morning on a Sunday! All sorted within minutes too. That's service.

I've hosted or had dedicated servers with more web hosts then I can remember, from the little guys to the very large, well known web hosts. I can honestly say Gigapros is second to none of them. Over the course of several days, was repeatedly assisted by the support team, who were instrumental in getting everything up and running properly. I've recommended all of my clients to use them as well.

Consolidating all my sites at Gigapros VPS was a great move for my business. Prior to that I allowed my clients to choose their own hosting company for sites I built. This was a major headache due to ftp issues, lack of control panel options, and in some cases, extremely poor customer service. If I ever get stuck or have questions, Gigapros is very helpful. In short I am more than happy to recommend their solutions to you.

Before moving our Web Page to Gigapros US VPS we were using another provider who would make the changes for us (at a price). What I really wanted was a system where I could log in and manage my own pages, I tend to think as I type and make a number of changes before I am happy. The cost of doing this with my old provider was too expensive and I am grateful to the person who introduced me to this host. Today I can manage my own pages in a very easy to use package for a fair price.
