I purchased business package which is valid till October 2022 but after a month my hosting suspended and I received an email stating my hosting is suspended, I have to contact to support, Then I contacted support and I was told, there was problem on their end so you have to repay, Wtf, Isn't it exploiting consumer rights? All of my live projects gone offline and visitors seeing service suspension screen, It's really killing my business. I am totally disappointed by their behavior.
