Less than satisfactory service. I purchased a VPS and (after waiting almost 24 hours for it to be set up) found that the login details provided didn't actually work. By this point I had purchased a VPS with a competitor (who I had a great experience with), 'Hostworld'. Hostworld had me up and running in almost immediately whilst also offering better specifications for a cheaper price! Competitors aside, I asked for a refund because I couldn't even access the VPS and now have another solution. They said no because of their T&C.
