Hostever is far the best customer support I've ever work with. They are never telling you "we cannot help you, this is out of our scope". Really in charge of your problems always giving their best to help and this is definitely what we are expecting from a customer support, but they are the only one to have understood it ! I of course didn't try all solutions all over the world, but by the 10 most famous I tried, they were the best. Technically, the shared host server offers the fastest TTFB on this category of service, and the support is always wiling to improve the quality of your own part.
