Google Cloud Premier Partner, MediaAgility is Acquired by Persistent
Business News News March 15th 2022Persistent Systems has announced its acquisition of global cloud transformation service provider, MediaAgility, from Princeton, New Jersey. MediaAgility a Google Cloud Premier Partner is a cloud transformation service provider that holds strong expertise in designing scalable, cloud-based solutions.
MediaAgility delivers cloud-native application development and modernization, analytics and AI, cloud engineering, migrations, and managed services to its enterprise service clients all across the world. The monetary deal of this acquisition is not disclosed.
Garter has positioned MediaAgility as a Niche Player in the 2021 Magic QuadrantTM for Public Cloud IT Transformation Services and was recognized for Completeness of Vision and Ability to Execute. MediaAgility has 500+ employees in the US, Mexico, the UK, and India and has 31 Google Cloud Partner Expertise designations, 330+ Google Cloud certifications, and seven Google Cloud partner specializations.
Google Cloud masters in providing scalability, built-in security, advanced data and analytics capabilities, and containerization capabilities so that organizations can easily transform their legacy infrastructure and move their applications to the cloud. Garter stated that the public cloud service market has a five-year compounded annual growth rate of 20.7%.
The Google Cloud demand is increasing tremendously and thus, the acquisition will expand Persistent’s ability to execute cloud-based digital transformation journeys for their global clients.
