Newfold Digital Acquires Deluxe’s Australia Web Hosting Operation

Newfold is backed by Clearlake Capital Group, L.P., and Siris Capital Group, LLC  has announced that it has entered into a definitive agreement with Deluxe to acquire its Australia web hosting business (Hostopia Australia). The transaction is expected to close in the 2nd quarter of 2022, which is subjected to the customer satisfaction closing condition.

Over 50,000 small companies trust Deluxe Australia web hosting for their operation. The company hosts over 250,000 websites. With this acquisition, the digital footprint of Newfold Digital will be expanded that in return will provide benefits to the acquired clients from Newfold Digital’s brand, products, and customer service. The financial terms of the acquisition are still closed.
